Online Records Subscriptions
Court Records (Civil and Criminal Records)
The Court Records subscription is managed by the Clerk’s office and allows access to our unsealed Civil and Probate case information with index searches from April 20, 1961 and images available beginning May 24, 2006 (civil minutes are not available online). It also contains Criminal and Traffic case information including offense date, charge filed, case history, service, minutes and disposition.
The cost is $50 per 30 days of access. We do not offer a one day pass. For civil, there is no per page printing fee. For criminal and traffic, there is a $10 per printed minute entry fee with no charge for printing other documents.
To subscribe, please complete the Court Records Subscription agreement and the Credit application for charge account by clicking HERE. Email completed forms to melinda.leonpacher@lpclerk.com. You will be contacted for your one-time credit/debit card payment (3% fee assessed to Paygov.US). There are no recurring payments charged to your card and your card information will not be retained by our office. Once your account is created, you will be notified by e-mail. The Lafayette Parish eSearch Website contains index searches for Mortgage, Conveyance and UCC records filed in our parish. Viewing of document images begins January 1, 1935.
A user may conveniently create their account, choose the subscription that best meets their needs and securely pay for all transactions in the website using their credit card via paypal.
